Another journal page to share today.
I've used some of those inks I got...liking them a lot! The heart is Distress crackled ;)
Also I've used my latest attempt at carving my own stamps...
...a tyre tread effect in the background.
I'm entering this in Gingersnaps Chestnut Theme "Words of Wisdom"....
...there are plenty of words on it....whether they are words of wisdom or not is another matter! ROFL
The teal coloured ones round the heart read...
"There's a hole in my heart where dreams once lay" and "We will always have Paris"
Thanks for looking

Another intensely personal page - and I am very impressed with yur hand-carved stamp! I would be sure to gouge lumps out of myself if I tried that!
ReplyDeleteSending you cyber hugs cos that's the best I can do!
oh this is amazing,so so meaningful, just love your hand pressed stamp Hun very impressive hugs Cherylx
ReplyDeleteH'mm, very profound. Hope the journalling is doing you good and helping you face things. I'm going to go do a couple of pages on things I love (GP Crusade!) because I'm so fed up of my neggy, neggy attitude at the moment. I need to focus on the good things and there are so many! Have a great week x
ReplyDeleteBeautiful page, reminds me of my Mum, but also of her funeral where we had Joe Brown's version of "I'll see you you in my dreams" - one of her favourites. Hold onto your dreams even if they can't come true!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Chrisxx
