Hey! Look what I found!
Yes......A4 sheets of green plastic/rubbery type stuff! LOL
Don't tell me you are not impressed?!
It's actually something called Eazi Karve. You carve it with lino cutting tools to make your own stamps.....cool or what?
I've never heard of it before but then I do live in the back of beyond where craft related stuff is involved ;(
The last time I had a go at lino cutting was at secondary school in the first year and I had to ask the teacher to draw something for me to carve......I remember it was a lion and I also remember I found it $*%%#! hard work to do the carving!!!
I've never been known for having much strength LOL

I thought it would be useful for the journaling 'cos quite frankly I do not have hours of spare time to draw things all the time for borders and such. I can't help but think that, for me, I need to make my pages really be mine somehow or other! LOL
I'll let you know how I get on.

Have fun with that - I would probably take half my fingers off!
ReplyDeleteJust have fun with it but watch your fingers.

Ooh yes must try this at some point. Thanks for the link. I was asking someone recently about carving your own images.
