I'm trying to work out the best way to photograph my cards ready for listing them on Etsy! This is not one of the best by any stretch of the imagination.
Setting up the site has proved to be a bit of an effort....and I'm still not quite finished yet!
I've had to re-hash my blogg banner to fit their sizing....make a square logo....try and work out costs of postage....write about my shop policies....still not finished that one! Try to price stuff realistically....mmmm that's a biggy...I've got one item in my shop and only because you had to to set it up....at least that's how it was working for me....I've priced it way off the wall in the hope no-one actually thinks of buying it..... Ha ha ha......actually making stuff to put in the shop....source a way of adding a watermark to a photo easily, now that bit has worked.....and there is more but I won't bore you any more!
Having been bombarded by the Etsy Facebook page that is trying to take the sting out of it all....I had to stop all the posts appearing on my time line!! There is lots of great info from other users but now at least I can dip into it when I feel the need ;)
I haven't a clue whether this will result in any sales.....but I have to give it a go....as they say you don't go to your grave regretting the stuff you did do its the stuff you didn't do that will get you every time! ROFL
