Bet you can't guess what I was doing at 11:45 last night!!!
Mmmmm! The title might give it away a little...........
In my wisdom I made gazpacho! I know it is not to every ones taste but I do like it :)
It went into the fridge overnight and I had a bowl around 4:00 p.m. this afternoon...I think it had a little too much garlic....but hey! I've been used to having the best cook in the world making it for me to perfection...as a first attempt it was not all bad!!! LOL
I'm getting into the groove as they say...........for a little break with my girlie friends to Valencia real soon..........it was Cava time again.......listening to the bands at the park...we have something called the "Happening" where there is an outdoor stage and everyone gathers to enjoy a party atmosphere......I decided to stay in my own back garden this year as I can hear the bands really well and I don't have to bother to cart a seat/food/drink to the park!!!!
I need to go back outside to listen to the band now....so Hasta Mañana!

Mmmm, I love Gazpacho... not had that for years... I love those little potatoes in garlic butter too... in fact, I just love food ROFL Have a wonderful evening... tis a balmy night here, hoping you have a lovely cool breeze too x

ReplyDeleteOh I love it too - and can't think of a better atmosphere in which to eat it - sun, music, casula alfresco dining! Oh man, I may have to come with youa t this rate - Valencia is on my list - will enjoy it vicariously!!
