Yes I know there is lots but what I don't have this evening goes in a big pan and makes roasted veg soup for the rest of the week!

- Lover of all things arty! But where to find the time to create and earn a living! You won't necessarily find the latest must have crafting goodies here.....I don't work in the craft industry......I'm just trying to do the best I can with what I've got!!! Hopefully it turns into something I quite like along the way. LOL Constantly striving to improve.......constantly worrying that the "powers that be" will destroy the fishing industry and I'll be out of a job!!! Forever grateful that I live in a beautiful part of the country.

Came over to leave you a comment when I saw the pic as you're doing what I do.
I also use the roasted veg to make yummy pasta sauce and add to a risotto which you might like if you haven't tried it as it's really tasty.

Your garden is looking very colourful. What a strange winter we are having although it's a bit chilly today!!
I LOVE roasted veg, would have it everyday if I could. My fav is making it into lasagne, delicious. Enjoy your soup, save a bowl for me.
