Diet Watch Monday

Another week and what do you know I'm still 74 kilo!!!
No loss...nada....ZILCH!!!!

I only had one slight lapse when I met for coffee with Nicola....but we were only half bad as we shared one portion of cake!!! HOL

But I'm not giving up just yet.....I shall persevere another week.....what I don't understand is that I weighed myself on Friday morning (just for interest sake!) and the marker was hovering just above 73 kilo not quite slap bang in the middle of the marker but not far off!
Now one half portion of cake on Saturday cannot possibly result in me gaining nearly 2 pounds in 3 days!!!!!

  1. It's just a blip! take no notice -and anyway, EVERYONE needs cake once in a while! Hope you had a nice day!

  2. Not sure what 168lbs is in kg but I reckon it's a darn sight more than 74 and I don't eat cake!!!!!

Once to get to a steady weight it is hard to loose more, but stick at it and don't go to mad at your self for half a cake gosh, there is no point to a diet if you don't cheat a little some times hun. Do not give up, I love Joanne's comment. I bet I am more than her, but hey ho, cake it's my one weakness lol off to add the finishing touches to my coconut lime loaf yummy. Love Dawn xx

  4. Oh No - wonder how much I have put on then? had 3 meals out, 3 cooked breakfasts and a fair bit of alcohol too! will find out tomorrow..... lovely to meet up with you Saturday though!
