Birds for the Sunday Stamper

I made a card for a special birthday (70th) although I don't think the recipient, my sweethearts Auntie, is too keen on publicising the fact! Can't say as I blame her :) I don't feel much like publicising my big "0" birthday later this year either!!! LOl

Still....as they say....you are only as old as you feel! Problem is the damaged deltoid muscle in my shoulder has been so painful I have begun to despair of ever being pain free again....although it is slowly...very slowly improving each day!!!
Ooh! Just a thought....is the saying "You are only as old as the person you are feeling"?
Well that might work!!!

I just love that feather (Hot off the Press)....free with a magazine last month...super :)
Flower from The Artistic Stamper, sentiment from a magazine and the rest T!m Holtz.

Thanks for looking

  3. Gorgeous card... we won't tell anyone the age of the recipient! Jo x

  4. what a fabulous card, hope it was appreciated! I don't like birthdays with 0's on the end either these days; luckily I have a few (far too few) to go before the next one, lol!!

  5. Hubby is younger than me...just sayin' :D XXX

  6. Your cards are always so neat and thoughtful, this is no exception. Hope your shoulder improves so you can enjoy your garden this summer. xx

  7. Absolutely lovely - that delicate watercolour stamping of the flower is so pretty, and I love the soft teal accents.
