Garden Watch - Day Two!

Some really heavy work involved today for the man who can!

Breaking up the existing falling down walls and reclaiming the patio slabs.

Digging the footings for new walls.

There is a nip in the air this frost....we rarely get anything really bad...I know I'm lucky!!! Leaves are still on the trees. Even on a small island like ours the variation in climate can be amazing can't it?

The gas boiler man is here for the annual check but I am still going to refuse to put my heating on till the beginning of November ;)

xoxo Sioux

  1. I nearly had to put my heating on for this morning - it was cold - but I resisted.... not sure I can hold out till beginning of November though.....

  4. I had to give in and put my heating on, I'm freezing. The garden is looking good, be great when it's finished. Tracy xv

  5. Ours has been on each day for a while for several days. We've had awful hail storms and now there's a blue sky but it's cold. Do you want a pond for your garden? Thinking of filling our big one in.

  6. I know the building thing....having kitchen fitted!
You asked on my blog about my shadows...send me your email address and I'll get back to you. I know your email is on here but I have some glitch that won't let me see it!

  7. It's all go in the house of Sioux this week isn't it. Your garden is going to look gorgeous isn't it.
Hope your bolier check went well.
