WOYWW - Piles and Piles!

This week...I'm passing on the DIY!
This week.....this is my craft cupboard desk!

Not a pretty sight is it?

Would you believe that I have actually been working my way through some sort of organising!?
I just have not been able to face making a start on this little lot piled high.

You don't want to see the state of my floor......or do you?! HOL
Aw...go on then!

The floor in my bedroom just beneath the piles of stuff in the first picture!
The clips in the plastic bags on top of the box pile are just another little DIY job this week!

The floor on the way into the dining room!
Just a little further into the dining room!
With a light fitting waiting for yet another DIY day!

The opposite side of the room is not a lot better!
But I forgot to take a picture!!
Thanks for looking at What's on my Work Desk and my extended storage/dumping ground on the floor this week ;)
Next week I will.......yes I really will!....have sorted my bedroom and craft cupboard!
xoxo Sioux

  1. I can empathize but look on the good side you can shop at home this week cause when I did a reorganization of 'stuff' I found stuff I had no memory of buying...but then I wonder if that goes with the age? Thanks for sharing with me.

  5. When tidying I always find it seems to get worse before it gets better ! And that the DIY stuff takes the longest to get into its intended position.

  9. Lol, you're rapidly turning into the DIY queen, are you really going to hang that new light yourself? I'd be scared I'd electrocute myself! Did you ever decide if you were going to turn the dining room into a craft room?

  15. I think we all need a craft house, not just a craft room. It is good finding things we had forgotten, though. Have fun.

  23. Can't do too many DIY jobs or there'll be no time to craft. So when are you off to see Tim then? I'm on the second Thursday session but leaving afterwards for my train. Will see him in just over a week as I am at CHA again but this will be the first time in years I have not got in one of his sessions. Boo Hoo all the way over! You can see my report from last year on my blog - just go to last January. Tune in for this years too at the end of the month. #27

  24. Looks like everything is in just the right place, ready to be worked on> That is not chaos, its creative use of space. If you clean up, you won't be able to fins anything.
